Serum and 24-hour urine sample.

Uses:

Elevated serum creatinine levels and a decreased CrCl rate are usually indications for abnormal renal function.

Precautions

Do not do strenuous exercise.

Interfering factors:

Creatinine clearance is affected by sex and race.
